Yes, when the settings and formulations are chosen correctly. Indian and other deeper skin tones carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation, so lasers are used at appropriate wavelengths and energies, and peels are built up gradually rather than forced in one sitting.
It varies by treatment. Laser hair reduction usually takes six to eight sessions, PRP for hair four to six, and chemical peels four to six. Your dermatologist will give you a realistic range at the consultation rather than an open-ended package.
Most treatments offered here have little or no downtime. Medifacials and laser toning have none, peels may cause light flaking for a few days, and injectables can cause mild swelling for 24 to 72 hours. You will be told exactly what to expect before you book.
